I posted the examples from Aho, Seti, Ullman, fig. 4.59, p. 266, in this
list 2004/06/04, thread "Re: Is Bison the right tool for swish-e?". Check
the Help-Bison archives. They should work. You might try to modify them.
(They give a solution to the "expression" part of your grammar, so you can
expand it from that.)
