I want to install bison

hi dear,
   
       How are you? i have a problem for inatall of bison 1.25. I do not know 
what is the requirement before installation. and how i will install bison in 
windows xp with service pac2. is it possible to install bison in windows xp. 
Please, if possible then tell me how i will get this.
