After upgrading to 2.0.b3 with the now non locking on modules (which I
admittedly asked for :-), I'm continuously getting the following
because my module defines variables :-
cfengine:freeze::120: Warning: Redefinition of macro boot_partition=/dev/sda1
cfengine:freeze::120: Warning: Redefinition of macro boot_partition_size=1404
cfengine:freeze::120: Warning: Redefinition of macro drive_type=scsi
cfengine:freeze::120: Warning: Redefinition of macro boot_device=/dev/sda
cfengine:freeze::120: Warning: Redefinition of macro boot_device_size=4357
cfengine:freeze::120: Warning: Redefinition of macro lvm_partition=/dev/sda2
cfengine:freeze::120: Warning: Redefinition of macro swaplv_size=512M
Now, I understand why its happening; I am wondering, what solutions
are there to avoid this. Some option to turn of variable redefiniton
warnings on modules would be useful or perhaps variable redefintion
warnings should always be turned off for modules ? I'll try hacking
in the latter for now until Mark gives us his expert judgement.
Sincerely,
Adrian Phillips
