I'm uploading a fix right now. It'll probably be in testing in ten
days or so, or you can cut to the chase and get it from sid tomorrow,
all being well.
BTW, if you're having what seems to be a Debian-specific problem,
best to report it to the Debian bug-tracking system. (Use reportbug
(apt-get install reportbug; reportbug) to do this easily.)
