SingleCopy Nirvana - stat warnings

Hi,

 

I’m new to cfengine and I wanted to first say thanks for making a great product.  I just started using it a few days ago and I can already see how this is going to revolutionize our server infrastructure.

 

Anyway, I decided to use the SingleCopy Nirvana example that is illustrated on cfwiki, and I’m running into a small issue.  Whenever cfagent runs, I get some messages emailed to the admin account:

 

cfengine:ansauth1: Can't stat /etc/cfengine/etc/profile.ansauth1 in copy

cfengine:ansauth1: Can't stat /etc/cfengine/etc/profile in copy

cfengine:ansauth1: Can't stat /etc/cfengine/etc/resolv.conf.ansauth1 in copy

cfengine:ansauth1: Can't stat /etc/cfengine/etc/resolv.conf in copy

 

I know these aren’t anything to worry about, since it is simply matching one of the three statements, but is there any way to shut up cfagent so that it ignores “Can’t stat” errors?  I don’t want to get an email every hour.

 

Also, I’m getting these messages as well, any ideas?

 

cfengine:: Couldn't open last-seen database /var/cfengine/cf_lastseen.db

cfengine:: db_open: Invalid argument

cfengine:: Couldn't open lock database /var/cfengine/cfengine_lock_db

cfengine:: db_open: Invalid argument

cfengine:: Couldn't open persistent state database /var/cfengine/state/cf_state.db

cfengine:: db_open: Invalid argument

cfengine:ansauth1: Couldn't open last-seen database /var/cfengine/cf_lastseen.db

cfengine:ansauth1: db_open: Invalid argument
