There was a bug in the upload code that I fixed- I can't remember know
whether or not I ever released a version with the bug fix, or if it is still
sitting in the CVS repository. I need to release a beta or something, the
main hold-up to cgicc-3.2 has been documentation. If anyone would be
willing to write or review documentation, please let me know.
