[help-cgicc] Feature to read html file and replace tagged sections programatically? |

Hello to All,
I am wondering if there is a feature to read in an html file from disk and replace embedded 'tags' with programatically generated content?
I have used a commercial Delphi product that has that feature, and it is invaluable and extremely flexible, because you can create an html 'template' by hand or with your html editor and imbed tags to be modified by your program.
Now that I have begun working with C++, I would like to find a library that allows for this functionality. If cgicc does not support this, does anyone know of a class that can be used in conjunction with cgicc that performs this search and replace like behavior?
Thanks in advance
