more flex snapshots

For those of you who want to follow even more of the cvs action with
flex:

ftp://ftp.uncg.edu/people/wlestes/flex-snapshot-2002.3.12.tar.gz

Contains the latest efforts.

The big change is that now flex has gettext support.

This is another cvs snapshot, so you'll need to be familiar with the
installation of automake, autoconf and gettext if you don't already
have those tools installed.

One question I have relates to gettext: For those of you who download
the snapshot, can you get it to work with the new gettext changes? In
my tree on my desktop, I have a lot of symlinks which cvs
ignores. This may make it hard for folks. I'm not very experienced
with gettext and hence I am not sure on this point.
