matching a single / char?

[Moretti, Luciano (MED)]

Hi-

I'm trying to match a single / char, but I'm getting the message 
"scanner.l", line 34: warning, rule cannot be matched
if I single quote the line,
and 
"scanner.l", line 34: unrecognized rule
if I don't quote it.

I realize that this is probably a pretty simple problem.  I've tried
searching the list archives, but didn't find anything relevant.
