I am not quite sure if this is your problem, but you might check if you
also switched the standard c++ library to that coming with gcc-2.95. The
file included comes from /usr/include/g++-3, which in the Redhat distribution
7.0 belongs to the package libstdc++-devel-2.96-54. So it might be a good
idea to look for a different libstdc++-devel package on www.rpmfind.net.
Another option would be to use the egcs compiler coming with Redhat. The
package compat-egcs-c++-6.2-1.1.2.9 contains the directory /usr/include/g++=2.
