[Help-glpk] Tolerance and time outs

Hello,

1) Is the LPX_K_TOLOBJ absolute or relative? If relative, are the possible
values [0..1]?
 
2) If the solver is aborted because of time limit, I understand that the status 
is LPX_E_TMLIM. Is there then a way to determine whether or not a feasible 
solution was found before it was aborted?
