You don't have to release it at all.
Supposing you do release it, I'm pretty sure the answer is still no.
It's not mere aggregation, it's a use.
It's in the same category as a script that invokes glpsol.
glpsol could readily be replaced by another solver that understands MathProg.
The solver could be a script.
