[Help-glpk] Runtime reporting suggestion

Hello Andrew

I wonder if the linear solvers (simplex and interior
point) should, on success, report:

  LINEAR OPTIMAL SOLUTION FOUND

rather than simply as at present:

  OPTIMAL SOLUTION FOUND

This would look less confusing when solving
mixed-integer problems.
