Noli,

When I downloaded it, it had the file extension of "7z", and I didn't
know how to open it.  Hence my request.

Using your hint below, I changed the file extension to "rar", and I was
able to open it up and extract it.

I actually just downloaded it using Firefox 3.5.9 and open it with
WinRar. Is it glpk4.42 right?
