Hello Junaidh,

I suggest you download the current version 2.8 of GLPKMEX from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/glpkmex/files/
and use the GLPK version that it was compiled for. The changelog
reads:

2010/      -2.8
    * corrected possible overflow bug in ubuntu systems( char save_filetype[4]; 
=> char save_filetype[5]; ) bug found by Cenk and Maik
    * correct bug in double bound row constraints; bug found by Thomas Sauter

2009/12/08 - 2.7
    * fixed makeglpkmex include bug.  Thanks to Giuliano!
    * returning last feasible solution when timelimit or iteration limit is 
reached
    * removing glpkcc from memory each time glpk is called to fix param 
persistance bug

    * fixed ratio test bug. Thanks to Bill Riehl
    * updated user makeglpkmex interface
    * updated INSTALL file

2009/05/04 - 2.5
    * Updated interface to work for GLPK 4.36
    * Added 64bit support.
    * fixed fixed constraint bug.

The best way to gain support for GLPKMEX is described on page
http://sourceforge.net/projects/glpkmex/support
as emailing the project admins.

This forum help-glpk is about GLPK itself not about GLPKMEX.
