Hi Robbie,

In COIN-CBC 2.5 (latest stable version) of the COIN Branch & Cut
package, GLPK is at version 4.37.

Changes in OSI can be tracked at:
https://projects.coin-or.org/Osi/changeset

My impression is that GLPK is a well maintained OSI interface, at
least considering the LP solver.
