Hi Marc,

I managed to compile CBC with GMPL support using MSYS and MingW in
Windows (It was last year when I was in Indonesia (i.e. office Windows
7 PC). I am not sure version of MSY and MingW).

However, It is very easy to do the compiling in Mac OS X  and Ubuntu.
I always do the CBC with MathPRog compiling in Mac OS X, when I got
problem in CBC solver.
