64bit Windows versions have been available for a long time.
I suggest you find the Window's binaries at http://winglpk.sourceforge.net/
After you download the binaries, in a subdirectory of the parent directory are
two directories, w32 and w64. The w64 directories have the binaries you are
seeking.
