Include file in .emacs

Hi,

I am writing my 'define-mail-alias' commands into a seperate file. I want to 
have it called when .emacs is loaded at starting emacs. What is the command for 
that?

If I change my mail aliases and I want to read in that file during the current 
session, how can I do that?
