printing on Windows

Hi,

I am a Windows User. Help me. 
Please.

I am just starting with emacs, 
and I can't get it to print my files.

I already tried every possible
printer-name-combination under:

help/customize/browseCustomizationGroups/
WP/Lpr/PrinterName
(Lpr command is set to "")

or under:

help/customize/top-levelCustomizationGroup/
WP/Lpr or Ps Print

but no results.

When I try to use tools/print-buffer, I get:

'Spooling with options (page headers are not supported)...done',

and when I try to use tools/Postscript Print Buffer, I get:

'Printing...done',

but none of our printers even moves a little bit.

Is there anything else
I could try to do?
