Hi all,
New to emacs (have 20.7.1), and have downloaded and gunzipped
html-helper-mode.
I can't find anything on installing it or on installing packages in
general. I have the O'Reilly book, have rooted around the site, no
luck.
I know it's out there somewhere. If someone could kindly suggest a
resource...
