smart open, open with..

I'm using Emacs for NT/win.
I'm very happy with the drag&drop feature. I just drag a
file from Explorer into emacs and that file is opened.
But some times I don't have the
emacs window visible and I would like to open a file
from explorer. I choose "send to/emacs" from the contextual
menu, but another emacs process is launched. Isn't there
a way to open the file with the same instance of emacs
and to get the focus on it like in the first case
(drag&drop case) ?
