How to make emacs recieve XIMserver's input??

hi....erveryone
      I'm a TAIWAN Linux user.
 How should I do to make emacs recieve XIM input as
 a XIM client.
 Because I have to use Traditional chinese in emacs
 with chinese input XIM server.
 Xemacs have an configure option "--with-xim=xlib",
  but I can't find anything about xim in emacs's configure
 option.
 Does emacs need given some value to support xim.
 could any body help me
