savings changes between sessions

Subject: savings changes between sessions

Hi!!


I did 
        M-x 'set-foreground-color' RET 'white' RET
and
        M-x 'set-background-color' RET 'black' RET

What should I do to keep this settings (sorry, question-mark not avaiable)

In xemacs there is an explicit Save Options in some menu, but I could not find 
something similar in emacs
