third buffer

Hi all,

I would like a function which takes me to the buffer which I visited
next to last, i.e. not the 'other-buffer, but the one before that. The
reason is I often find myself working with three different files at the
same time, and it would be convenient with a way to switch between
the three. I been looking at the 'buffer-list, but not knowing much
elisp, and not knowing how this list is ordered, I haven't come very
far. Does anyone have a solution to this?
