drag and drop

hi chaps

i use emacs now on NT, what's definitly not too bad...

but one thing doesn't: drap'n drop files in a dired-directory for copying. i
tried "dired-dd.el" but that hangs: it can't find the var "x-pointer-....".
moreover from out side emacs it should even not work according to the doc.

any other ideas and solutions?
