RE: How to set shortcut for uncomment-region?!?

I thought M-; will comment-region/uncomment-region, as long as there is an
active region?  It does on mine, anyway, and I don't have anything special
set up for this in my .emacs.

Please let me know if this isn't the standard behavior.
