Some places were you can find some ELisp code are:

  1) The Emacs distribution (sources)

  2) The Emacs Wiki

     [http://www.emacswiki.org]

  3) The gnu.emacs.sources newsgroup (there should exists a mailing
     list version too, see at http://mail.gnu.org), you can find it
     in the `Groups' section of Google too.

  4) Savannah

  5) SourceForge

     [http://sourceforge.net]
