instead of the target name you gave. Then show the *tramp/foo* and
the *debug tramp/foo* buffers. It would be useful to (setq
tramp-verbose 10) before doing this.
(In the *tramp/nil* buffers you showed before, I'm guessing that some
parts are missing. I think I fixed that part but I'm not sure.)
