Because `cvs' itself does not support it, PCL-CVS does not support
it either.  It could support it, of course, but it's extra work and
I'd rather see it added to `cvs' than to PCL-CVS.

PS: I seem to remember discussion about adding it to `cvs', so maybe
    the CVS version of `cvs' already has the feature.
