Just install 'latex2e.texi' from the tarball.  Then you can look up
LaTeX commands with `C-h C-i' [1] -- no extra work required :-)

I think the best approach is to write Texinfo documentation like
latex2e.texi.

[1] Unfortunately changed to `C-h S' in CVS.
