OSX Meta bound to Esc!

Except, of course, those of us who learned Emacs over 25 years ago on
terminals without META keys and never switched...using ESC for meta is
now hardwired into my nervous sytsem.  (For that matter, the basic
Emacs editing keys are hardwired into my nervous system...)
