Is it possible to have tool bar icons with a different (narrower)
width? (the manual is silent about the size of icons).
I tried to add a 7×24 icon, but that was displayed as 24×24. I'd like
to have a pair of icons similar to the back button in Mozilla --
i.e. a normal size icon next to narrow button which activates a
drop-down list. (this would be handy for the `last' icon in Info
mode).
