I think, once you've told Emacs where to find the speller program via
ispell-program-name, the other ispell-* commands should just work.
ispell-word, for example, already has a standard Emacs binding, M-$,
so just try it and see if it does what you want.  As for the other
spelling commands, all you need is to bind them to keys with
define-key.

This is something you should _not_ do: ispell4 is a very old
interface to an old version of Ispell program.  You simply no longer
need all these autoload lines, Emacs does that automatically.
