Hello,
I have GNU Emacs 21.3.1 running on a HP 9000 715/50 under HU-UX
10.20. Everything seems to be working fine, but I can't get colors
working on the terminal (I use rxvt or screen on a linux console).
I read etc/PROBLEMS, but everything seems to be in place: HP-UX uses
terminfo and emacs knows it: system-uses-terminfo's value is t
The terminfo entries for rxvt and screen are installed in the database
and contain "colors" and "op" capabilities. In fact they equal to the
ones I use on my Linux-System, where colors in terminal work well with
the local emacs. And yes: TERM is set correctly.
Even
$ tput setaf 1 ; echo "Color"
in the terminal produces the expected (colored) result, but emacs
refuses to show any colors...
Any ideas?
cheers
sascha
