PitBOSS Entertainment Lands First Client.
Company signs agreement and lays out plans to further develop and monetize its existing media assets.

HOUSTON, Texas, July 20, 2005. PitBOSS Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB: PBSS) today announced it had concluded a marketing agreement with Soleil Film, Inc. (Other OTC: SFLM) for the promotion of its existing content library consisting of original television series and full-length feature films. The dollar value of the initial agreement was not immediately disclosed.

Over the past two years, PitBOSS Entertainment (formerly Karma Media, Inc.) has developed its own library of proprietary content, primarily for television. The Company’s flagship half-hour weekly travel program, “Estelle’s Paradise”, airs on over 700 television stations around the world and provides PitBOSS Entertainment with an advertising and product placement inventory valued at several million dollars each month, according to individual broadcaster rate cards.

PitBOSS Entertainment established itself as a leader in the development and distribution of entertainment programming, primarily in the United States and the rapidly-growing Hispanic market. In South America alone, the Company’s programs are broadcast an average of five times each week to a network of 382 television stations via Americana de Television, see www.atel.tv. Domestically, PitBOSS Entertainment’s half-hour travel show, “Estelle’s Paradise”, airs on the Dish Network (Colours TV, channel 9407), DirecTV, the America One Network, as well as hundreds of independent stations and major network affiliates (ABC, NBC, CBS, UPN) across the country.

“We have encountered very little resistance in the deployment of our business model”, stated John Jarvis, PitBOSS Entertainment’s Chief Executive Officer. “Our strategy is two-prong: first, we acquire and take control of an arsenal of media assets; second, we deploy these assets towards the promotion of our own projects, as well as towards the marketing of our client companies, such as Soleil Film.

While PitBOSS Entertainment is in the process of auditing its core assets, the Company estimates its media assets to be worth about $20-30 million on an annualized basis. The Company intends to sell at least 20% of its available monthly media inventory going forward while allocating the balance to the promotion of its own assets, in order to insure the highest possible return on investment.

PitBOSS Entertainment’s board of directors has already identified several acquisition candidates and plans to use the Company’s media assets as a bargaining chip in its acquisition negotiations. “You would be hard-pressed to find a consumer brand, whether a product or service, that could not derive a tremendous benefit from being exposed and marketed to millions of consumers via affordable media”, added John Jarvis. “Our strategy is to uncover promising businesses that under-perform because of a lack of brand recognition, then acquire them and drive incremental business to them via our media assets.”

While PitBOSS Entertainment’s media operations range from online media to print and radio, one the Company’s largest media assets consists of its international travel show, “Estelle’s Paradise”, a sample episode of which can be seen via this link: http://www.estelle.tv/Episodes/SB/SB_index.html
