Suddenly I've got a perfect idea of improving speed in this
condition. I wrote another Lisp program:

(call-process-region
(point-min) (point-max)
"sed"
t
(current-buffer)
nil
"s/[0-0]/0/g")

So I can pick up both the speed of sed and the power of Emacs.
I will figure out whether it's possible to generalize this method.
