Yeah there is. Drew just posted it.
Command `describe-text-properties'
That gives the face name so you can plug it into customize-face and go
right to it.
In Emacs 22, you don't even need to do that. When `describe-text-properties'
shows the face name, just click it. That takes you to its Customize buffer.
