rmail: put to and cc into a specific file

Hello,

I am looking for a simple solution to a simple problem.

I want to automatically put recipients which I send a message to, into a white
list.

So sending a message to foo@bar.com will add this address into my whitelist.

Is there any good and simple solution already there in rmail or do I need to
write one by myself ?
