resolving C++ symbols.

Hallo
Is there an efficient way to resolve C++ symbols (classes, methods, functions, 
variables..)
For C I'm succesfully using cscope, but for C++ It does not work good enough.

I found that there is a optional emacs package called `semantic' . Can it be 
used to perform efficient symbols resolving ? If not maybe You know some other 
way to do that in emacs.
