Hi I created the cyclic entry as follows: 

%%(diary-cyclic 3 6 24 2007) 
                10AM-6PM cyclic entry 

I entered the above text in the diary, and it's created in calendar as I required.

Sorry, it's just `i' followed by `c', no space character between them.
