Emacs 22 settings, packages for Java development

Hi all,

I have zipped together a collection of packages and settings needed for 
Java development - it includes JDE, nxml, necessary settings and buttons 
for quick development, patch for treating @ sign as part of the 
language, syntax highlighting and more.
