setting sql-input-ring-file-name

Hi,

if `sql-input-ring-file-name' is set or changed during
sql-session, new specified file isn't read in
afterwards. That's normal.

But, this file now mentioned will be overwritten
merciless when session closes. That way you may destroy
a life long history :) with a short session.

Maybe enter a warning here, session should be closed
before setting this variable?
