Hello,
apologies if this is an old topic and I have missed previous
solutions. We are using Emacs to work on a number of C++ projects and
are looking for a way to switch between "project contexts": similar to
using VisualStudio, SunStudio or XCode project files, we would like to
have a mechanism that sets up project-specific settings for etags,
macros etc. There is probably a good way to do this with one ".el"
file per project. I can imagine that this problem has been tackled by
many developers with more Emacs experience than we have.
Many thanks in advance,
Stefan
