tramp and xcscope problem

after M-x cscope-index-files, two files named cscope.files and
cscope.out is successfully generated in the remote dir, but when I try
to open the two files, error says: "file no longer exists; type g to
update dired buffer", and it doesn't help when I type g.  I am
quite sure the files are in that directory.  

However, after I delete the two files and regenerate them, everything is
OK.

what's the problem?
