Please make sure you are using the latest Icicles files, then use `M-x
icicle-send-bug-report' (or choose menu item Icicles > Send Bug Report).

Please provide a precise recipe (keys you hit etc.) that starts with `emacs -Q'
(IOW, no init file). Mention your Emacs version and platform.
