How to setup the JDEE svn snapshot

Hi,

according to this wikipage
http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/JavaDevelopmentEnvironment#toc5 I
should use the svn version. So I run "svn co
https://jdee.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/jdee"; but now I don't know
what I should do with it. There's a trunk/jde sub-folder which looks
like JDEE, but there's no INSTALL file and running "ant" or "make"
just fails (ant with javac compiler errors and make because it can't
find cygwin, I suppose it's written for Windows).
How can I build it and set it up?
