Yes, it's the same question.  I asked it on emacs-nxml-mode (http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/emacs-nxml-mode/message/1975 
), and the only answer I got was a suggestion to ask again on a gnu  
emacs list, which is why I'm here.
