how wisent grammar files were generated ?

Hello,

I would like to know how were generated the wisent parser files (-wy.el)
for cedet in emacs 23.2 trunk.

In emacs they are shipped as is, whithout the sources (.wy). In cvs
version of cedet, theses file are available, and from the Makefile I
could deduce how they are generated.  However I could'nt reproduce the
process with the emacs 23.2 cedet version. Can someone be of any help ?
