Official Git mirror?

As Bzr have network inefficient protocol I search for Git mirror.

There are 2 page say about mirrors:

  http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/EmacsFromGit
  http://savannah.gnu.org/git/?group=emacs

Seems that

  http://repo.or.cz/w/emacs.git

and

  http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs.git

both up-date.

Which use and is they compatible?
